3. Payments

• All payments must be made in accordance with the invoice or service agreement.

• Work will begin only after receiving the agreed-upon deposit or full payment.

• Late payments may result in project delays or additional charges.

4. Revisions & Approvals

• We provide revisions as per the agreed package or service plan.

• Once a design is approved, any additional changes may incur extra fees.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing all deliverables before final approval.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership Transfer: Final design files become the client’s property once full payment is received.

• Company Rights: Spark Media Services LLC retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• Client Content: You represent that you own or have legal rights to all content, images, and materials provided to us for design purposes.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our designs for unlawful, harmful, or defamatory purposes.

• Resell or redistribute our work without prior written consent.

• Misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to deliver quality services, but:

• Spark Media Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers, client delays, or technical issues beyond our control.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment is not received on time.

• The client engages in abusive, unlawful, or unethical behavior.

• Terms are violated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of  US. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in that region.
